Generally, RZG dust-free garnet sand blasting abrasive (NATURAL carborundum) can be used. RZG dust-free garnet sand is selected from high-quality iron aluminum garnet rock ore. It has high hardness, high density, good toughness, sharp corners and sharp edges. It is a high-grade, pure natural non-metallic sandblasting abrasive. It is easy to obtain the highest sandblasting grade of SA3. The surface roughness can reach 30-80 microns, realizing stronger coating adhesion and longer coating service life. In addition, RZG dust-free garnet sand has a hardness of 7.5-8.0, a density of 4.2g/cm3, sharp edges and corners, excellent cutting effect, large sandblasting area per unit time, less sand consumption per unit area, and low sandblasting cost. Thanks to the excellent toughness and low brittleness of RZG garnet sandblasting abrasive, it has a low crushing rate during sandblasting. It can be recycled for 5-10 times depending on the application, further reducing the use cost of customers. Because garnet has a large proportion, 4.0-4.2, and a fast settling speed, there is less dust in the sand blasting process. After many times of washing in the production process, the dust content is very low, and the operating environment will be better than quartz sand. In fact, the pure, non chemical and non hazardous RZG garnet dust-free sandblasting abrasive has replaced the previously used metal ballast (copper ore), river sand, quartz sand, etc. As a dust-free sandblasting abrasive, dust-free garnet sandblasting abrasive not only has the characteristics of high quality and low price, but also can avoid silicosis caused by free silicon and some cancers caused by toxic heavy metals. The recycling and reuse can also reduce the cost.
